A three hour workshop for heads, senior administrators, and faculty leaders who are responsible for responding to faculty behaviors of concern. You will start by learning to form a code of ethical conduct. Then you will explore ways to respond to boundary crossings, including undertaking difficult conversations, performing investigations, and documenting. You will also learn to identify and avoid risky conduct and coach faculty about behavioral standards.
